These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and g789 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the g789 website at g789.vin and any associated mobile application, software or services (collectively the "Platform").

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may be adjusted at g789's discretion.
• g789 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, without being required to provide a reason.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. • Creating or using an account under a false name, with incorrect date of birth or using another person's identity details.

g789 employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor all activity on the Platform. Players flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced verification requirements, betting restrictions or account closure at g789's sole discretion.

Where an account is closed by g789 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. g789 will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

g789 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption and without errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

• g789 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, data feed errors or interruptions in internet connectivity — whether on the Platform's side or on the player's side.
• g789 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds caused by a system error, data feed failure or human mistake — g789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if a bet has been accepted and confirmed.
• g789 is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank. Processing delays caused by these providers are outside g789's control.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. The limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted.
